For four consecutive years, the Borough of Avalon has drafted a Floodplain Management Plan to continue and improve best practices on flood management in the community. The draft of the plan will be presented at the Tuesday, November 20th Borough Council meeting, at 4:00pm at Borough Hall. Council may vote on the final version of the plan during the Wednesday, December 12th Council meeting.
Members of the public are asked to offer input or comments on the plan. Please do so by emailing Avalon Business Administrator Scott Wahl at firstname.lastname@example.org. Comments will be accepted up until the December 12th meeting.
