Due to the resurgence of Covid-19 numbers in Cape May County, the Borough of Avalon will require members of the public to wear a mask when they enter a public building, including Borough Hall, Public Works, Community Hall, or the Public Safety Complex starting Monday, August 9th.  Your safety is our top priority.  Masks will be required for all public meetings including those involving Council, Planning/Zoning Board, the special flood insurance meeting on August 21st, and other public gatherings.  Indoor activities at Community Hall continue and masks will be required when you enter a building, but not required at this time during our regularly scheduled fitness and recreation activities.  Masks will be required for attendance to the general membership meeting of the Avalon Home and Land Owners Association meeting to be held on August 14th.  Thank you for your understanding!  Signs will be posted at entrances to our public buildings:
