The Lions donation will help finance the new room and is expected to aid in providing more comfort to the children and their families.

The Avalon Lions Club raises more than 100-thousand dollars a year for donations to more than a dozen charities located throughout Cape May County.

Avalon is the largest Lions Club in New Jersey and its foundation is a 501 (c)3 tax exempt charity.
