Avalon 2023 Beach Tag Art Contest Winner–Karen Riano

 

Avalon Mayor Martin Pagliughi announced the winner of the 25th Annual Beach Tag Art Contest at the Avalon Elementary School on Friday, December 16th.  Karen Riano, a seventh grader at the school, was selected as the winner of the contest and Karen’s artwork will appear on the 2023 beach tags in Avalon.  Congratulations, Karen!
